Like new, unengraved items can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Engraved items are not eligible for refund. 

Swap your UNWORN medical ID for a different size, in the same style, WITHIN THE FIRST 30 DAYS.  There is a small fee $10 BDS / $5 USD for handling and processing of this resize.

• • Caduceus and paint/inlay/patina: The caduceus symbols and any paint/color fill on our metal pieces are conditionally warrantied for 6 months. Exposure to harsh chemicals, intentional damage, and/or abnormal wear will void your warranty.
